Why Bò Is Different

No plants, no fillers, no seed oils, no sugar. Just Portuguese beef marrow bones, water, hand-harvested Algarve sea salt, and time.

Real Broth vs Powders

Most “bone broth” on the market is freeze-dried powder reconstituted with hot water. It lacks the gel, the depth, and the nutritional density of real slow-simmered broth.

Bò is simmered for a full 24 hours below boiling point. This slow extraction pulls maximum collagen, glycine, and minerals from the bones into the broth in a form your body can absorb easily. The result is a broth that gels when chilled — the hallmark of genuine collagen-rich bone broth.

We use a 1:1 bones-to-water ratio — at least 1.5 kg of Portuguese beef marrow bones per litre of water. No shortcuts, no dilution.
